Day 1Arrival in Tyrol and initial medical examination
Arrive at Lanserhof Lans on the Lanser plateau above Innsbruck, with rooms guaranteed from 3pm. The programme opens with the 50-minute initial medical examination, at which your personal physician takes your history and builds the individual therapy strategy and the LANS Med Concept fasting or nutrition plan for the week. Your first meal of the prescribed cuisine follows, with medicinal herbal teas, mineral water and alkaline broth available throughout the stay.
Day 2Baseline diagnostics and the detox foot bath
Bioimpedance analysis, lactate diagnostics and urinalysis are taken today to establish the metabolic baseline against which the week is measured. The detox foot bath opens the elimination work, and the daily group movement therapy and group relaxation therapy begin on the house schedule. An introductory medical lecture explains the LANS Med Concept and the role of intestinal regeneration in the programme.
Day 3First medical check-up with abdominal treatment
The first of the two 20-minute medical examinations with abdominal treatment is taken today, your physician working directly on the digestive system as the fasting or nutrition plan takes hold. A 50-minute therapeutic massage supports the transition. Group movement and relaxation therapies continue daily, with a topical presentation in the afternoon.
Day 4Detox drainage
The 50-minute detox drainage treatment works the lymphatic system to support elimination through the deepest phase of the programme. Prescribed movement therapy is kept deliberately light at this point in the week, and rest between appointments is part of the protocol. The evening cultural programme runs on the house schedule.
Day 5Second medical check-up and the algae pack
Your second 20-minute medical examination with abdominal treatment reviews progress and adjusts the therapy strategy. The 50-minute detox algae pack with liver wrap is applied, targeting the liver through the elimination phase. The 25-minute foot reflexology massage is scheduled around it, alongside the daily group therapies.
Day 6Regeneration and the second therapeutic massage
The second 50-minute therapeutic massage marks the shift from elimination to rebuilding, and any additional therapies your physician has prescribed run alongside it. Nutritional coaching sets out how the eating plan carries forward at home. Daily group movement and relaxation therapies continue, with a further topical presentation.
Day 7Discussion of medical findings
The 20-minute discussion of medical findings brings together the diagnostic baseline, the physician's observations across the week and the recommendations you will take home. The written protocol covering nutrition, movement and follow-up is issued at this consultation. A final full day of group therapies and free time on the plateau closes the programme.
Day 8Final medical examination and departure
The 30-minute final medical examination confirms the outcome of the cure and the onward plan before check-out. Breakfast from the prescribed cuisine follows, with guidance on how to break the fast safely in the days after departure. Transfers to Innsbruck Airport or the private driver service to Munich are arranged by the clinic at additional cost.
