Day 1Arrival at Bang Krachao and integrative assessment
A RAKxa limousine collects you from Bangkok airport for the short transfer to Bang Krachao, the green peninsula in the bend of the Chao Phraya. The programme opens with the health and wellness initial consultation, at which your personalised programme is created, followed by the anti-ageing doctor consultation at the VitalLife Scientific Wellness Clinic. The RAKxa Functional Fitness Assessment, run on pneumatic technology in the medical gym, completes the baseline and sets your movement prescription.
Day 2First treatment day across RAKxa JAI and GAYA
Your prescribed core treatments begin, drawn from RAKxa JAI for traditional and holistic therapies and RAKxa GAYA for physical and physiotherapeutic work. Up to four complimentary group sessions run through the day — yoga, meditation, tai chi, HIIT, aqua aerobics or Muay Thai — and you take as many as your programme allows. Meals follow the full-board anti-inflammatory wellness or detox menu at Unam, with afternoon tea included.
Day 3Specialised treatment and hydrotherapy
Today carries the specialised treatment in your allocation, delivered under medical supervision through VitalLife or the RAKxa GAYA medical gym. Core treatments continue around it, and the hydrotherapy circuit — vitality pool, cold plunge, herbal steam and infrared sauna — is used between sessions as prescribed. Group classes, the nature trail through the mangrove and the RAKxa Cha Teahouse fill the open hours.
Day 4Closing treatment, review and departure
A final core treatment and a closing review of your programme findings before check-out, with take-home guidance built from the assessment baseline. Complimentary laundry is returned and the villa's healthy drinks and seasonal fruit are replenished to the last morning. The RAKxa limousine returns you to Bangkok airport, included in the programme.
